Joining the Friends is an inexpensive way to support the Aldrich Library. You can also join and make use of your skills in the library by volunteering your time. It is a way to meet others in the community, to socialize, to be creative, learn new skills or to use current ones. It is good for the resume, good for the heart, good for confidence building. Fund raising ideas run the whole gamut from book sales to dinners, silent auctions, wine tastings, or art shows. Friends provide books, items, and programs not covered by the Town Budget. Friends help us become a community center.

Aldrich welcomes new ideas and depends on help from the community. Join us by a paid membership and/or volunteering. Memberships start February 1 to the following February 1.
